    Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) with over 26 years of experience providing counseling services across the lifespan, from early childhood through older adulthood. I am committed to delivering compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from modalities such as Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care, Family Therapy approaches, Narrative Therapy, and Crisis Intervention, among others.

Alongside clinical work, I have extensive experience in program development and supervision, including building and supporting internship programs, providing clinical supervision, and mentoring both students and early-career clinicians. I have also collaborated with schools and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans and have helped implement electronic health record (EHR) systems across agencies.

I have developed and facilitated therapeutic groups focused on parenting, couples, and women’s mental health, while maintaining an active clinical caseload. I am especially passionate about supporting clinical training programs and contributing to the development of future mental health professionals.

When not engaged in actively sharing my clinical expertise, you can find me enjoying time with family and friends, camping, traveling, quilting, snuggling with my dogs, taking in the laid-back mountain life, and collecting all things butterfly.
