I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in our community on their journey toward healing and growth. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology, which provides me with a unique understanding of human behavior and cultural dynamics. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Education from the University of New Mexico, where I gained comprehensive knowledge in therapeutic techniques and mental health practices.
Specializing in couples counseling, affair recovery, and trauma-focused therapy, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Gottman style methods, and Attachment Based Therapy. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, build stronger relationships, and develop effective coping strategies to help them meet their unique goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, connecting with friends, traveling, and listening to live music — activities that keep me grounded and inspired. My approach to therapy is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in a deep respect for the unique experiences of each individual and relationship. I look forward to joining you on your path to healing and personal growth.
