    Do you have options for telehealth and in-person therapy sessions?

    While we do offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, availability can vary depending on each therapist’s schedule. If you have a preference, we can prioritize that, however specific requests may limit appointment times we can offer you.

    If you are okay with either telehealth or in-person, please let us know that you would prefer first available.

    What are your hours for scheduling sessions?

    As therapist schedules are unique, availability will vary greatly. Please be sure to let us know if you have specific requests regarding appointment day and time. Please keep in mind that your availability can impact how quickly you are able to get set up for services.

    Do you have group therapy? If so, what kind of groups do you offer?

    Groups offerings are based on a variety of factors, including topics, type, and availability of specifically trained therapists to run each group. If we begin to notice an increase in requests for specific groups, we will work to match the need. Availability of group offerings will always be more variable than individual, couples, or family therapy for this reason.

    I am interested in some of the other offerings on your services page. What should I do?

    As we grow as a clinic, our service offerings will continue to expand. If you are specifically interested in any of the opportunities in our ‘On the Horizon’ offerings, please email us to discuss your specific needs and questions.
