I aim to create a non-judgmental and affirming environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in sharing their experiences and working toward their goals.

    Licensed Master’s Social Worker

I am a Licensed Master’s Social Worker in the state of New Mexico. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Studio Art and Spanish from Linfield College in Oregon and a Master’s degree in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University.

My clinical work is grounded in more than a decade of experience across diverse mental health and social service settings, including a therapeutic farm community, supportive housing program, homeless shelters, and outpatient healthcare environments. Throughout this work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and psychotic disorders, substance use challenges, and complex medical conditions. These experiences have reinforced the importance of meeting each person with compassion, curiosity, and genuine respect for their lived experience, while recognizing the unique context and strengths they bring to their healing journey.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and person-centered, grounded in trauma-informed care. I aim to create a non-judgmental and affirming environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in sharing their experiences and working toward their goals. I work with adolescents and adults and am informed by Motivational Interviewing, CBT-based modalities like ACT and DBT, family systems, solution-focused therapy, and harm reduction.

When I’m not working, I enjoy my morning coffee, finding new (and familiar) trails and sights to explore, traveling, and spending time with my partner and my cats, Juno and Goose.
