    Part-Time Office Administrator

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a thoughtful and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to help create a seamless and supportive experience for our clients and clinicians. This part-time role is central to the daily flow of the clinic—balancing operational efficiency with a warm, human-centered approach.

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of administrative or front office experience, preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and manage responsibilities with minimal oversight
    • Strong professional presence with the ability to confidently support both clients and clinicians
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • A calm, professional, and compassionate communication style
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
    • Comfort with technology (EHR systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office)
    • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support where needed

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Welcome clients and create a calm, supportive first impression (in person, phone, and email)
    • Coordinate scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment confirmations
    • Manage client intake and maintain accurate records within our EHR system

    • Process payments and maintain organized financial documentation
    • Provide administrative support to clinicians, helping them stay focused on client care
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful office environment
    • Handle all client information with care and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
    • Support general office operations, including supplies, filing, and coordination tasks
